Mermaid Baby Shower

One of my good friends recently had a beautiful baby girl!  She had a mermaid themed baby shower prior to her baby's arrival and asked me to make her a couple of cookies for her party.  I loved making this batch of cookies and although this post is late...I couldn't resist posting them :)
